National Sales Director, Manufacturing
The National Sales Director, Manufacturing position is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing leader of the corporate wellness space. You will be responsible for creating and growing an account base of at least 50,000 new covered lives during your first year. By hitting the milestones set for you by Tangerine, you will have the ability to earn six figures in commission alone within the first year.
We are looking for people that can tap their personal network of Fortune 1000 contacts within this vertical to generate leads, qualify, and close them. Your personal network pipeline will be supplemented by leads generated through Tangerine channel partners as well as leads that come in directly through corporate. You can also earn additional commissions for referrals that are outside of your vertical market.
A large portion of this position will be spent prospecting, going on sales calls to meet new potential clients, and meeting with channel partners that deliver leads within your vertical. Many of the initial meetings will be conducted online through web conferences. For this position you will have a home-based office.
Some travel may be required at the final stages of the sales cycle. Travel and expense budgets will be pre-approved by the EVP of Sales, as appropriate.
Tangerine's expectation is for you to add 50,000 new covered lives within your first year. Initial compensation is commission-only until you have added 25,000 covered lives, at which time the job may become a permanent position with stock options, benefits, etc.
