Director of Business Development, TPAs
The Director of Business Development, TPAs position is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing leader of the corporate wellness space. You will be responsible for creating and growing strategic partnership with Third Party Administrators in all 50 states. According to the new healthcare reform legislation, health plans are mandated to offer wellness program by March 2012. You will have the ability to earn six figures in commission alone within the first year.
Your work will focus establishing a commission-based reseller relationship with TPAs nationwide. You can also earn additional commissions for referrals that are outside of the TPA sector.
Many of the initial meetings will be conducted online through web conferences. For this position you will have a home-based office. Some travel may be required at the final stages of the sales cycle. Travel and expense budgets will be pre-approved by the CEO, as appropriate.
Tangerine's expectation is for you to add relationships with TPAs that cover all 50 states within your first year. Initial compensation is commission-only until you 25,000 covered lives have been added as a result of the partnership, at which time the job may become a full-time position with stock options, benefits, etc.
